- Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and our visual assessment.
- Additional work discovered after work begins may incur additional charges. Any extra costs will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

- Access to an outdoor water supply unless otherwise agreed.
- Access to electrical power where required.
- Removal of vehicles, garden furniture, plant pots, bins and other obstacles from the work area.
- Ensuring pets and children remain away from the working area throughout the service.
Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
4. Water Supply
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must provide a working outdoor tap with adequate water pressure. If a water supply is unavailable or unsuitable, additional charges may apply where we are required to transport water.
5. Weather
Exterior cleaning is weather dependent. We reserve the right to postpone work due to heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures or any weather conditions that may affect safety or the quality of the finished result. The appointment will be rearranged at the earliest convenient date.
6. Payments
- Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash and bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.
- Commercial customers may be offered agreed payment terms.
7. Cancellations

- Failure to provide access on the agreed day may also result in a call-out charge.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Inform us of any damaged surfaces, loose pointing, cracked paving, leaking gutters, damaged roof tiles, fragile rendering or known defects before work begins.
- Notify us of any underground services, electrical installations or hazards.
- Remove any valuable or delicate items from the working area.
We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from defects that were present before work commenced.
9. Existing Damage
Pressure washing can reveal pre-existing defects that may have been hidden beneath dirt, moss or algae. We are not responsible for:
- Loose pointing becoming dislodged.
- Existing cracks becoming visible.
- Loose or damaged roof tiles.
- Previously weakened concrete or paving.
- Existing damaged sealants.
- Existing unstable render or paint.
- Existing block paving movement.
10. Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning is carried out using professional methods suitable for the roof type. Although every care is taken:

- Customers must advise us of any known leaks before work begins.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing roof defects that become apparent following moss removal.
- Some staining may remain where permanent discolouration has occurred.
11. Driveway & Patio Cleaning
Results depend upon the condition of the surface. While we aim to achieve the best possible finish:
- Permanent stains including rust, oil, tyre marks, paint, cement, tannin staining and battery acid cannot always be completely removed.
- Weed regrowth and moss may return over time depending on weather conditions and maintenance.
- Re-sanding block paving should ideally be completed in dry weather and may be delayed if conditions are unsuitable.
12. Chemical Treatments
Where biocides or cleaning chemicals are used:
- They are applied in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
- Results may continue to improve over several weeks.
- Plants will be protected where reasonably possible; however, customers should inform us of delicate plants, ponds or sensitive areas before work begins.
- Customers should keep children and pets away from treated areas until completely dry.
13. Drainage
We will make every reasonable effort to manage wastewater responsibly. The customer is responsible for informing us of any drainage issues before work begins.
14. Photographs
Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before work starts, we reserve the right to take before and after photographs of completed work for insurance records, quality control and marketing purposes. No personal information or house numbers will be intentionally displayed where reasonably possible.
